This luxury Santa Fe-style residence in Cherry Creek, Denver featured over 5,000 square feet of heavily worn hickory hardwood flooring. Known as one of the most challenging wood species to refinish, hickory requires exceptional precision and craftsmanship. Working alongside Tivoli Renovations, the floors were fully restored to showroom condition while preserving the home’s distinctive Southwestern character.
