Under Logan’s leadership, 2nd Gen Hardwood has scaled from a residential hardwood installation operation into a regional commercial flooring powerhouse — without compromising the artisan-level quality standards that built the company’s reputation.

Overseeing crew deployment, scheduling, and quality control across all active projects. The person responsible for making sure on-time delivery is not just a number on a website.
