Delivering a National Retail Build-Out on Time and to Spec
Located at Wadsworth Boulevard and 39th Street in Denver/Wheat Ridge, this ground-up Starbucks build-out required a complete decorative concrete flooring solution within a tightly managed commercial construction schedule. Working alongside EastCo Interiors, 2nd Gen Hardwood installed a 5,000-square-foot polishable concrete overlay system designed to meet the performance and finish standards expected by a national retail brand.

The project involved applying a full decorative concrete overlay system over a raw concrete substrate, creating a durable and visually refined finished surface.
